Listing itself is free during our launch period. When a transaction closes through ResortFlips, we take a 3% commission with a $399 minimum on sales (capped at $1,500) and a $59 minimum on rentals. Stripe payment processing fees (2.9% + $0.30) are passed through transparently to the renter or buyer at checkout — we don't retain any of it. After the initial 90-day post-launch period, posting a new listing will require a $10/year membership.
Our valuation tool uses published reservation point charts, current resale comparables, brand-specific multipliers, and season-band adjustments. For Vistana StarOptions, Marriott Vacation Club Points, and Hilton Grand Vacations Club Points, the math is grounded in real chart data. No. We don't collect phone numbers on the valuation tool, and we don't have a sales team to make follow-up calls. The whole point of "No Sales. Just Facts." is that the tools work without a pitch attached. If you want help after running a valuation, you reach out to us — not the other way around.
It depends. For rentals, generally yes — as long as you're current on maintenance fees and have a reservation in your name, you can list a week to rent. For sales, you typically need to be free and clear of any active loan (and your developer may have a right of first refusal). The listing flow will walk you through what verification documents we need. If you're unsure, send us a message and we'll tell you straight.

We'll confirm receipt within 5 business days and complete the deletion within 30 days, except for any records we're legally required to retain (such as completed transaction records, which we keep for tax purposes).
